Winchester Social Walks is a small, friendly group that goes on relaxed walks through the Hampshire countryside, with occasional trips further afield. It usually arranges weekend walks of around 4 to 12 miles, plus shorter after-work walks in the summer. The group is open to adults aged 18 and over, and dogs may be allowed on some walks if checked in advance.

This Winchester walking group organises walks across Hampshire, including the South Downs, the Itchen and Test river valleys, and the New Forest. It also travels further afield to Berkshire, Dorset and Wiltshire, and members arrange walking holidays in the UK and abroad. The group runs plenty of walks during the summer.
