Isabel Trail parkrun is a free, weekly, community 5k at Isabel Trail, every Saturday morning. Walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate - everyone is welcome, whatever their pace.

BASWICH RUN4FUN is a RunTogether running group, part of England Athletics' network of friendly group runs. They meet at Bodmin Avenue near the doctors carpark. Runs are usually on Thursday. Sessions cater for get me started runners. Distances: 0 - 5k.
