Upjoggers is a RunTogether running group, part of England Athletics' network of friendly group runs. They meet at Upjoggers Upminster Park, Windmill Hall car park and Roomes Car Park behind M&S. Runs are usually on Friday, Saturday, Monday, Wednesday, and Tuesday. Sessions cater for all levels and get me started runners. Distances: 5 - 10k and 0 - 5k.
